Practices
Dhikr (remembrance) is the central Sufi practice of repeating divine names or phrases to keep the heart focused on God. It can be performed vocally or silently.
Types of dhikr:
• Vocal dhikr: Reciting aloud with others
• Silent dhikr: Inner repetition within the heart
• Dhikr of the heart: Feeling divine presence continuously
Regular dhikr purifies the heart, strengthens faith, and leads to spiritual awakening.
